What Is Full Claims Management Service Cover & Why Do I Need It?

Our policy provides a full motor claims management service.

It protects you in relation to the legal disputes set out in the policy wording and provides you with other benefits. (full policy wordings are available from us upon request)

Cover is provided for 12 months from the inception date of your policy, or until the renewal date of your motor insurance policy.

The policy covers and limit of cover of £100,000 (the limit of indemnity)

Subject to the policy terms and conditions, this policy will pay the costs and expenses in relation to the pursuit of legal proceedings in respect of any one claim for the recovery of uninsured losses resulting from an incident involving the Insured Vehicle.

Your claim must have a reasonable prospect of success and the date of the occurrence must be within the period of insurance.

  • Full assessment of your claim and its reasonable prospects of success
  • Recovery of your vehicle
  • Coordination of an independent engineer to inspect the accident related damage to your vehicle
  • Managed authorisation of your vehicle repairs direct to our network repairer or a repairer of your choice
  • Negotiation of total loss payments
  • Provision of a comparable replacement hire vehicle
  • Full legal representation by a specialist panel Road Traffic Accident Solicitor
  • Compensation for any personal injury suffered by you or your passengers
  • Vehicle salvage disposal
  • Updated by telephone, email and SMS text at regular intervals
